| Our goal, is to make sure that our puppies are delivered as safely and as stress-free as possible. Therefore, we do not under any circumstance, ship our puppies in airplane cargo compartments. As a special option only, we offer our new puppy parents, the option of meeting us at the airport, to pickup their new puppy but only if we are able to carry them on board the plane and they're right next to us. This is something that we've never, ever done as of today, Saturday, October 10th, 2009. Your puppy will come to you, not in the cargo compartment of an airplane but on board the plane with either my husband or myself. We will carry your puppy in a carrier on-board the airplane and then hand deliver the puppy right to you, at the airport. Delivering the puppy this way, greatly reduces the stress that the puppy would normally undergo, should the puppy be sent through as, "cargo" on an airplane. But, this service is only provided for very young puppies because of the size and weight restrictions that airlines have and it is also because of these airline restrictions that we're told these flights should only be booked, a day or two prior to the actual delivery of our puppy. Use of this service for expedited delivery, will incur additional charges. ***This service is available within the continental United States only.*** |
We now offer Layaway! We have set up this Layaway plan, to give those who sincerely want a Dogue De Bordeaux puppy, the opportunity to own one. You select the puppy you like, pay the required $300.00/ $500.00 non- refundable deposit and then make weekly payments. know what we want and how we'd want it. We know everyone wants a healthy puppy, who's
delivered safely and unharmed. We definitely want, the puppy's trip to be as less traumatic to the
puppy, as possible. As of today, Saturday, October 10th, 2009 we have never, ever shipped a puppy,
ever. We have driven many miles to personally deliver our babies to their new families. Several
times we have driven and met our new puppy parents half way. Both methods, proved excellent for
all puppies and their new owners. The puppies were able to relax and sleep in the comfort of our air
conditioned and heated vehicle and as we needed to stop for either my husband, my 7 year old son or
myself, we took advantage of the opportunity and fed, watered and walked the puppies. When
puppies were united with their new owners, they were calm, relaxed and most importantly, not too
scared and traumatized. All new parents have been extremely appreciative and expressed their
gratitude for receiving their puppies, either at their homes or at a nearby location and not at an
airport. Having us deliver their puppies, allowed the new owners not to lose anytime or too much
time from work and also spared them having to travel a very long distance to pick up their puppy.

If we state that shipping is included in the price of your puppy, my husband Marc and I, will
personally drive up to 350 miles one way, to deliver your puppy to you; at no additional cost to you.
If you live beyond 350 miles from our home, we can then use a Pet Transporter to deliver your
puppy. If the transporter's fee is $100.00 or below, we will pay for the entire cost to have your puppy
delivered to you. But, if the price is more than $100.00, we will pay no more than $100.00 and you
will be responsible for the remaining balance, paid directly to either us or the Pet Transporter before
your puppy can be delivered.
Please be assured that we will try and work with a responsible and reputable Pet Transporter, that
will provide optimum care for your puppy during it's travel and delivery. At the same time being the
most financially economical, without compromising the quality of care that your puppy/our baby
receives during it's travel. Your puppy's travel arrangements will begin when your puppy is 6 weeks
old. The closer the puppy is to being delivered, the better the Pet Transport company will know
regarding the pricing and date of delivery. Most Pet Transport companies start to schedule deliveries
anywhere from 1 to 30 days before the actual trip. They generally know what state(s) they're going to
but they are not able to commit to specific delivery dates, until a few days before their actual
departure or even the same day of delivery. Please work with us and be patient, as we too are trying
to work as quickly and efficiently as we can, with the transport company to get your puppy delivered
to you as quickly as possible.
We have made one (1) change to our delivery options because some, not all pet/puppy transporters
are not willing to make any deliveries, unless there are a minimum of 3 to 8 puppies for them to pick
up at once to deliver and they must be going to a specific designated delivery zone. Even if we were
to provide the transporters with a minimum of 3 or more puppies, their rates have increased;
therefore sometimes charging a small fortune to deliver our babies to their new homes. We're sure
this is due to the extremely high increase in the price of fuel recently. Therefore, we've decided that if
the fee of the Pet Transporter is just too costly and you'd like an alternative. We are now willing to
drive up to a total of 500 miles one way to deliver your puppy, for an additional fee. Selecting this
option is entirely up to you. We can either meet you part way, deliver the puppy right to your home
or somewhere nearby but we'll only drive up to 500 miles away from our home. Please keep in mind
that driving this distance will take us approximately anywhere from 6 to 12 or more hours and we'll
need to rest and sleep, then return to our home the following day, so this option may not always
work for us, as we have a young child and our pets to care for.
We're able to deliver puppies on most Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends only. We will
deliver your puppy either the very first and upcoming weekday or weekend, after you've paid for
your puppy in full or the following weekend thereafter (unless there are deliveries already scheduled
on that particular day or weekend). Please keep in mind, that all puppies must be at least 8 weeks
old, in order to be picked up or delivered.
We ask that you please be patient and understanding, as this is the best and safest way, in our
opinion, to have your puppy/our babies delivered to you, versus airline cargo delivery.
Puppies must be paid for in full by the time they are 6 weeks old, in order for us to make delivery
arrangements and have your puppy delivered to you. No exceptions made!
***Puppies will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after, the puppies are paid for in full. Puppies will be
scheduled for delivery, using our GROUND delivery service FIRST. If we are unable to get you
